What are your session times?
We are open Monday to Friday from 730am-6pm. All year around.

0-3years room sessions are mornings 8am-1pm, afternoons 1pm-6pm, or full days 8am-6pm. - Early start available from 730am.
Preschool Sessions are mornings 9am-12pm, afternoons 12pm-3pm or full days. - Wrap around care is available 730am-9am and 3pm-6pm.
How do I pay my fees?
Fees are due on the 7th of the month in advance, or if your child starts with us after the first, fees are due within a week of beginning. We accept payment via standing order, cheque or cash, and we also accept childcare vouchers - payments made via tax free childcare should be set up with the Plantpots Great Park account. Payments can also be made direct through the EyParent app.
Will attending Plantpot's Havannah guarantee me a place in Reception at Havannah First School?
No, this partnership will not impact the school admissions process, meaning attendance at Plantpots will not automatically guarantee a place at Havannah First School. This ensures that families can still choose the school that best suits their child’s needs.
How can I find out about my child's learning and development?
There are several ways in which we communicate with you about your child's learning and development. Firstly, we operate an open door policy so if you have any questions, concerns or just want to know what your child has been up to then please just ask.
Secondly, each child has their own Learning Journey which can be accessed online. The Learning Journey includes observations about your child, photographs and their next steps.
We hold parents' meetings termly and regularly send out newsletters by email as well as updates on Facebook to keep you informed.
What should I do if my child is ill?
Please telephone or text us if your child is ill, or is going to be absent. If your child has a sickness or diarrhoea bug they must not return to playgroup until they have been well for 48 hours. If they have an infection, please leave 24 hours after a full day of medicine before returning to playgroup.
